I am a Solicitor based at Butcher & Barlow’s Sutton Weaver office, specialising in Commercial Property. I joined the Firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022 and qualified in March 2024.
I advise on a broad range of Commercial Property matters for landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold land
- Re-financing arrangements
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Auction transactions
- Transfers of equity
- First registrations
- Title reconstitution where original deeds are missing
My goal is to deliver clear and practical legal advice that supports my clients’ commercial objectives. I am committed to managing each transaction efficiently and keeping clients fully informed at every stage. By prioritising transparency and communication, I strive to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
I graduated from the University of Law, Chester, in 2021 with a 2:1 degree in Law LLB and completed my LPC LLM there with distinction in 2022, including a grade of 93% in Professional Conduct and Regulation and 95% in Wills. During my time at university, I volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau, where I trained as an adviser.
Outside of work, I play competitive netball, enjoy hiking in the Lake District, and love to travel. In recent years, I’ve spent two months backpacking around Southeast Asia and have toured Costa Rica.
