Senior Residential Conveyancer: Bramhall

Our Residential Property Department is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE, with a proven track record, be self-motivated and be capable of working independently on a day to day basis.  You will however be working within a wider team structure and will therefore benefit from remote support and supervision.

What we expect of you

  • The ability to manage your own caseload to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and leaseholds (flats and shared ownerships).
  • Be comfortable maintaining and strengthening existing client and professional relationships and helping build new.
  • Have competent IT skills including the use of a case management system and be willing to learn new technology.
  • Thorough knowledge of CQS and all compliance issues.
  • An understanding of client care.
  • An excellent communicator, both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Ability to draft and prepare clear and concise documents.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good time and file management skills and be able to prioritise tasks.
  • An interest in marketing and in developing the Firm’s practice including attendance at business development events and working with and supporting the Firm’s marketing function.
