I initially made contact with Sophie Nicholson in order to seek deputyship powers in respect of my wife who had been admitted to a care home as a result of rapidly deteriorating Alzheimer’s disease. Sadly, my wife passed away before we could complete the process. Sophie then undertook to complete the process of probate on my wife’s will. This has now been completed. Throughout the process I have received outstanding service. Communication has been prompt and clear. I have been treated with the utmost respect and empathy, making a sad and uncomfortable process as painless as possible. I cannot overstate my appreciation of the help I have received.

Our appointment was arranged with Sophie, initially reading matters of Probate for my Late Mum, then to renew and update my Will and that of my wife. Sophie was courteous and understanding, and advised us on the steps to be taken. Probate has been granted in record time, in proof that all preliminary works have been completed correctly and efficiently by Sophie. Our Wills are more complex than a standard persons and involve trading companies and building assets. Sophie and Jade advised us in a proper and legal way including issues we had not taken into consideration.
