Welcoming new talent to our Bury office

We are pleased to announce the addition of two talented Solicitors to our growing Team at Butcher & Barlow’s Bury office. As a leading Legal 500 Firm with 12 offices across the North West, we are committed to nurturing legal talent and expanding our expertise to better serve our clients.

Isobel Earnshaw joins our Family Law Team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion for supporting families through complex legal matters. Having qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023, Isobel specialises in Family Law, with a particular focus on public law and care proceedings. Her background working with local authorities provides invaluable insight into the intricacies of care proceedings.

At Butcher & Barlow, Isobel will continue her work in public law while broadening her expertise in private children matters. Reflecting on her decision to join us, Isobel shared:

Akbar Raza strengthens our Commercial Property Department with his dynamic approach and dedication to client service. A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Akbar brings one year of post-qualification experience, having previously worked at Rowlinsons Solicitors in Runcorn.

Akbar chose to join Butcher & Barlow to benefit from our robust mentorship programme and the clear career development pathways we offer. As part of our Commercial Property Team, he is eager to deepen his expertise and contribute to the department’s continued success. Akbar remarked:
