Property Developers Show 2024
On 4th September, we were pleased to attend the Property Developers Show at Manchester’s Etihad stadium. We joined 40 other exhibitors who came together to provide insights to those working in the property development sector, making connections with both developers and other service providers.
Zoë Paton Crockett, David Burrows and Matilda Jones spent the day chatting to people about the property sector and how Butcher & Barlow fit in to the property developer market.
Our Development Team works with individuals and businesses across the North West. From standard land acquisitions to multi-faceted development deals with multiple landowners, our Team can deal with everything from the site acquisition to the ultimate plot disposals (whether commercial or residential), ensuring that business goals and objectives are at the forefront throughout the project. Working collaboratively and as an integral part of a property developers professional support team alongside their finance teams, contractors and consultants, we will do what we can to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
This was the first time we had exhibited at the Property Developers Show but it will not be the last and we look forward to expanding our connections at the 2025 show.
