I am a Paralegal Apprentice currently working with the Commercial Property Team at our Sutton Weaver and Runcorn offices, providing assistance to Partner and Commercial Property specialist Andrew Mackenzie and the rest of the Commercial Property Team.
I commenced my role at Butcher & Barlow in February 2024 and began working at the Firm’s Gadbrook Park office in Northwich as a Legal Assistant. Through this I had an insight into how an office environment functions. Continuing from this I completed 3 months in the Marketing Department in Sandbach, assisting Amy Norman and Charlotte Davison. Here I was able to assist the strategic plans in place for the Firm’s progression and help coordinate events and campaigns.
I am now at BPP University studying for my Paralegal Apprenticeship alongside working in the office, allowing me to see law in theory and practice.
Outside of work I enjoy having my head in a book and when I have the energy, going for a swim.
