I am a Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial Team and I am based at our Bury office. I advise and assist clients on a range of matters including:
- Shareholders Agreements and Articles;
- Acquisitions and Mergers; and
- A range of general Commercial Contracts.
I graduated from the University of Law in Manchester in 2021, undertook my training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2023. I am delighted to have joined Butcher & Barlow in May 2024.
Outside of work, my interests involve running, going to the gym and travelling. I recently travelled the east coast of Australia and South-east Asia.
