I am a Solicitor based at the Northwich office, specialising in Residential Conveyancing.
I have worked in residential conveyancing since graduating from Staffordshire University in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016.
I joined Butcher & Barlow in October 2020, having worked previously at firms within Cheshire and Staffordshire.
I undertake a broad aspect of residential conveyancing work, including:
- Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchases
- Shared ownerships
- New build purchases
- Unregistered land
- Right to buys
- Probate sales
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
I also have experience in Wills and Powers of Attorney.
I understand that moving house can be a stressful process and I strive to provide a personal and friendly approach to my clients and to deal with every matter swiftly and efficiently.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family, practicing skiing at my local dry ski slope, reading crime fiction novels and (attempting) some gardening.
