I am a Solicitor specialising in Residential Property and am based in the Firm’s Church Street, Leigh, office.

I have over 10 years’ experience in Residential Property. I joined Butcher & Barlow LLP in October 2024 following its merger with Heyman and Co, a firm I joined as a Trainee in 2010.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 having obtained my Law Degree and LPC at Manchester Metropolitan University whilst working full time.

I have experience in all aspects of residential property transactions, including:

  • Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties including apartments;
  • Re-mortgages;
  • Repossession purchases;
  • Auction sales and purchases
  • New builds;
  • Help to Buy Equity loans
  • Shared ownership lease properties;
  • Lease extensions;
  • Freehold reversions;
  • Transfers of equity to include transfers following divorce;
  • Reconstitution of titles where the title deeds have been lost; and
  • Adverse possession applications.

I firmly believe that client communication is central to the conveyancing process and try my utmost to ensure that my clients are happy and their concerns are heard and addressed.

I have worked in the local area for many years and have built up a successful client base with much repeat business and recommendation.

Outside of the office I am a keen runner and practice yoga and pilates. I have two young children and enjoy spending as much precious time with them as I can.
