I am a Solicitor specialising in Residential Property.
I joined the firm in September 2015 as a Trainee Solicitor and successfully qualified in 2017. Since qualifying, I have built up a good client base and connections in Bramhall where I am now permanently based.
During my time in practice with the firm, I have developed a client-friendly approach to my work and I relish in building up a relationship with my Client’s from the outset. It is always a pleasure to see the matter resolved successfully in the hope that one day that client will return for another legal issue.
I deal with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including;
- Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties;
- Acting for Companies on residential matters
- Re-mortgages;
- Transfers of equity;
- Unregistered land;
- Plot / New build purchases;
- Shared ownerships;
- Freehold reversions;
- Adverse Possession
Prior to becoming a qualified Solicitor, I studied Law at Lancaster University, before then going on to complete my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester.
Outside of work I am kept busy by running a Beaver Scout section and other charity work. I especially enjoy attending live gigs of one of my favourite bands with my friends.
