I am a Solicitor at the Gadbrook Park office specialising in Commercial Property and business matters.

I re-joined the firm in December 2021 having previously spent some time at the Northwich office in 2019.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2017 at another firm in Cheshire. Since qualifying, I have assisted a broad range of clients acting for individuals and companies alike both locally and on a national level.

I studied Law at the University of Chester and then went on to complete my Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Christleton.

I have broad experience in a very wide range of matters but I possess particular expertise in:

the disposal and acquisition of all types of commercial property;
complex transactions often involving overage or profit sharing arrangements;
advising on leases, acting for both landlords and tenants;
all aspects of residential and commercial development work;
business disposal/acquisition and advising on the associated due diligence and sale agreements; and
delivering direct support to colleagues on corporate transactions.

Notable transactions include:

Providing ongoing support and advice to property developer/builder in its acquisition of a development site, assisting with the assessment of the site for development purposes, dealing with all post planning requirements to include advising in connection with statutory agreements etc. preparing plot sale packs and ultimately dealing with the sale of the individual plots.
Advising in connection with the acquisition of a multi-million pound development site including assisting the purchaser with the creation of a Joint Venture SPV.
Advising in connection with the acquisition of numerous care homes and CIC’s.
Division of an agricultural holding consisting approximately 35 acres including the imposition of overage on certain holdings.

Outside of work, I am an enthusiast in the keeping and breeding of tropical fish with a particular focus on South American species and Amazonian biotopes. The majority of my time away from the office is however spent enjoying as much time with my family as possible and I am always looking for the next adventure with my wife, twin children and two dogs!
