I am a Commercial Property Solicitor based at the Firm’s Bramhall office. I qualified into Commercial Property in 2008 having trained at a national law firm in Manchester city centre.
After taking some time out to raise my young family I returned to law and joined Butcher & Barlow in October 2018.
My main areas of work include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold land with and without funding including development land;
- Conditional contracts;
- Lease work for both Landlords and Tenants including new leases, underleases, lease assignments, renewal leases and sale and leaseback transactions;
- Licences;
- Commercial property refinancing;
I pride myself in providing the highest quality of work and service to my clients to achieve the best possible result for them in the quickest timeframe.
Outside of work I enjoy painting and spending time in the Peak District with family and friends.
