I am a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Residential Property and am based in the Firm’s Frodsham office.
I have over 35 years’ experience in residential property and have been mainly in the local area. I joined Butcher & Barlow LLP in June 2022 following a brief stint in the world of volume conveyancing.
I deal with all aspect of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties including apartments and unregistered;
- Re-mortgages;
- Repossession purchases;
- Auction sales and purchases
- New builds;
- Help to Buy Equity loans
- Shared ownership lease properties;
- Lease extensions;
- Freehold reversions;
- Transfers of equity to include transfers following divorce;
- Reconstitution of titles where the title deeds have been lost; and
- Adverse possession applications.
I believe customer care is of the utmost importance especially with the stress and strains of moving home. A friendly voice to help and guide my clients through the process is key and getting that thank you from the client at the end of the transaction is a job well done. I have always had a regular following of clients and the ultimate compliment is when a client recommends you personally to their friends and family.
I have worked in the local area for many years and a sound knowledge of these areas and good working relationships with local estate agents and solicitors which helps to ensure matters are progressed quickly. However, I also have experience of dealing with properties throughout the Country.
Outside of the office I enjoy travelling, socialising and attending live music events with my husband and friends. My main hobby is watching football and can be found most weeks at Anfield watching my beloved Liverpool FC.
