How refreshing to deal with Solicitors who are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and very approachable. Caroline & Ella supported us through our house purchase and sale, with great professionalism and expertise. They always responded to our emails & phone calls promptly and kept us updated the whole way through. We met them both at the office to sign documentation, and they were very thorough, explained everything in detail and ensured we had all the information needed before signing. We would like to thank them both for guiding us through a complicated process and for their patience in dealing with us and the endless questions relating to the sale/purchase of our houses.

We have received excellent service from Butcher & Barlow for the sale of our apartment. Everything went very smoothly and we felt supported and helped all the way through. In particular dealing with forms and enquiries. Paralegal Ella Woodier was exceptional. I can't praise her highly enough. She was patient, knowledgeable and always answered any queries promptly either on the phone or email.
